Fill out a structured intake in Command Center: your cabinets, drawers, and existing labels. Photos are encouraged, not required — we use them when you have them. No serials, no dimensions, no slot plans.
TWIN
ZERØ FOD builds your digital twin from your declaration — facility, zones, cabinets, drawers. You never model anything, and we never measure your foam: no geometry capture, no CAD upload.
PRE-WRITTEN TAGS
Your NFC tags are programmed to your organization before they ship — one tag per drawer plus one master tag per cabinet. Nothing ships as a blank.
STICK & VERIFY
Mount the tags, then scan each one with the Command Center app to verify. Foam-level tool custody is live from day one.
DEEPEN
Add per-tool custody over time by importing your tools and assigning slots — at your own pace. Partial drawers are fine: one foam covers one drawer, whatever it holds.
What software you get
The same Command Center software every ZERØ FOD workspace runs on, with a free Core OS tier — software is no longer tied to buying our foam. Paid tiers add compliance logging, multi-facility overwatch, and more, billed per seat. Your software subscription starts after your kit is delivered: it is billed monthly once your tags are in hand, not at checkout.
