Information we collect

Deployment inquiries. When you submit a contact, ROI calculator, help, or deployment-specs form, we collect the details you provide: your name, facility or site, work email, and a short description of your footprint (limited to 200 characters).

Checkout. When you place an order we collect your email address, phone number, and shipping name and address. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers never pass through or are stored on our servers.

Security data. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile challenges and a honeypot field so we can reject automated spam and abuse. These checks process basic request metadata only.

How we use your information

• To respond to deployment inquiries and prepare proposals.
• To fulfill orders, arrange shipping, and send order updates.
• To send transactional email about your inquiry or order (see "Email" below).
• To detect fraud, spam, and abuse of the site.
• To understand aggregate site performance, only with your consent (see "Analytics and consent").

Email

We send transactional email via Google's Gmail service solely to notify our team at team@zerofodsystems.com of a new inquiry and to send you an automatic confirmation. These messages are sent through a durable queue with retries so inquiries are not lost. We do not use this channel for marketing blasts, and inquiry data is not used to build marketing profiles.

Analytics and consent

Analytics load only after you opt in. Our consent banner defaults to denied; nothing analytics-related runs until you choose otherwise. When consent is granted we use Google Analytics 4 (delivered through a first-party Stape server container) and PostHog to measure aggregate site performance. Signals are scrubbed of personal identifiers before they are sent, and Google Consent Mode v2 keeps measurement aligned with your choice.

Your consent choice is stored in your browser using localStorage and a first-party cookie (maximum age of one year, SameSite=Lax, Secure). You can change your choice at any time; clearing site data resets it to the denied default.

Sharing and processors

We share information only with processors that perform the services above, under contract:

• Stripe — payment processing and checkout for orders.
• Google (Gmail) — transactional inquiry and order email.
• Google Analytics and PostHog — aggregate analytics, only after you consent.
• Cloudflare — site delivery and bot protection.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records are stored in our PostgreSQL database and retained while they remain commercially relevant to your deployment. Order records, including shipping details, are stored with our order history and with Stripe as required for payment processing, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing dispatch@zerofodsystems.com or support@zerofodsystems.com. We verify requests against our inquiry and order records and respond within a reasonable period. Because the storefront has no customer accounts, there is no self-service dashboard — requests are handled directly by our team.

Children

zerofodsystems.com is a business-to-business storefront for tool-control programs and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
