Shipping Policy

Coverage

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Checkout will not accept shipping addresses outside the US. For deployments outside the US, contact dispatch@zerofodsystems.com to discuss options.

Rates and carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the service level you select, and are shown before you confirm payment. Carrier and rate options are managed with our payment and fulfillment providers so rates stay current; the rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.

We collect a phone number at checkout so the carrier can reach you about delivery if needed.

Subscription-only orders

Orders that contain only subscription seats (for example Tactical Compliance or Fleet Command) are fulfilled digitally and have no shipping step or shipping charge.

Sales tax

Sales tax is destination-based: it is determined by your shipping address and applied only once that address is complete at checkout. The rates we apply are:

• Shipping addresses outside California: 0% sales tax.
• Shipping addresses in California: 7.25% statewide sales tax.
• Shipping addresses in San Francisco ZIP codes beginning with 941 (except 94128): 8.75% sales tax.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If a delivery is materially late or appears lost, contact dispatch@zerofodsystems.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
