Terms of Sale

Products and services

We sell both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions:

• Hardware (one-time): CNC Spatial Matrix foam inserts — Standard and Oversized units — shipped to your facility.
• Services (one-time): Concierge Mapping and Tactical On-Site deployment engagements, scoped and scheduled with our team.
• Subscriptions (recurring): Tactical Compliance and Fleet Command seat subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly.
• Software tiers: Core OS and Tracer Protocol are offered at no charge as part of the platform.

Orders and payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. When you complete checkout you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts shown, including shipping and applicable sales tax. Your order is confirmed when our systems record the completed payment session; we then send a confirmation email. Until payment is recorded, an initiated checkout does not reserve inventory or guarantee pricing.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We may contact you by phone or email to resolve issues that block fulfillment.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is destination-based and calculated from your shipping address once it is complete at checkout; the rates we apply are described in the Shipping Policy. We may change pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout governs your order.

Subscriptions

Seat subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial-period refunds are issued, except where required by law or stated in the Returns Policy. We may change subscription pricing with notice before your next renewal; continued subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See the Shipping Policy for rates, coverage, and tax details.

Inspection and returns

Inspect hardware on arrival. Defective or incorrect shipments are covered as described in the Returns Policy, including replacement of defective units and return windows for eligible items.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation, not to submit false or fraudulent inquiries or orders, and not to attempt to circumvent security controls such as bot-protection challenges.

Intellectual property

The site, including its content, branding, and documentation, is owned by ZERØ FOD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Hardware you purchase is sold, not licensed; software and platform access are governed by the terms provided with those products.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or your order is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase governs that order.
